2015 Delegation, Entry #18: 9/29/15

In the heat of the day, the best place to meet is in the shade of a tree. This picture is from before Gail, Katie, and Renata left, but it shows what a meeting under a tree might look like. Today Paul and Susan went to the “Education Cluster” meeting, under a tree of course, outside of the Ministry of Education building. The Education Cluster meeting is an opportunity for various NGOs that work in education to collaborate. It was exciting for Rebuild South Sudan to be invited to participate, and a great opportunity to pursue partnership. Paul and Susan talked about the school that is being built in Jalle, and the success of the just completed teacher training. People were very encouraged to hear about these things and thrilled to see the photo of the school.
