Yet men can't wear basketball shorts or pants or anything tight without getting critiqued on hey your penis is kinda sticking out maybe you should wear underwear BULLSH|t!! Women show off there privates thier vulva tight in the front showing off how big it is and the shape of it the curves and wear the middle is! But yet I and all the other gutsy have to wear compression shorts boxers or whatever no bull crap! I can be free to right?? I wear baggy XL NIKE DRI-FIT basketball shirts with a long shirt that covers right wear the penis pokes just a tad. Not like I have a full hard on walking around please... I'm ok right? One person told me I hope someone pulls down your shorts well I got them tied tight second even if they did while I was re-tying them it would be assault I'm not purposely exposing myself that's the act of assault from another person. Getting to your point, I agree with you, it sucks how chicks can wear really tight clothing and its considered cute/sexy or 'the norm'. But when I guy wears stuff similar, your labelled a pervert, gay or gross.
You just got to remember that people arent used to seeing a dudes junk out in spandex. Regardless of sexual orientation, peoples eyes are drawn to that area, it's a human reaction. So my advice is to cover it or reduce the area of concern with with something that doesn't show prominent outlines of your genital region. wear a jock strap or dance belt under, add a padded liner to the front of your shorts so that there is no visible definition, or wear a longer shirt over.
In the end, do what you want as long as what you wear isn't see thru, shows an element of modesty, and you feel comfortable.
